Trace comes from Southeastern Academy, Kissimmee, FL – Genesee Community College, Batavia, NY. - University of New York at Buffalo, Buffalo, NY. Trace's roots of graphic design and marketing are beneficial to the company's philosophy of One Stop Shopping for Creativity. Trace's marketing ability has influenced over 200 company's directions, with successful and profitable campaigns. Trace started the company in 1997. VSP had only 1 employee and a 100 square foot office. Today, Trace overlooks an operation that houses over 14,000 sq.ft and employs over 20 graphic artists/technicians and admin staff. Trace manages the larger corporate and municipal police accounts. Trace's main desire is to maintain a direct connection with each customer, no matter how large the company expands. | Jack Murray, Vice-President @ Chief Operating Officer, overlooks the daily operation and maintains all administrative functions, within the 15 man graphic department. Jack has a background with Graphic and Color Management. Jack's time at the Fisher-Price Corporate office, in East Aurora, NY, has benefited the VSP operation. Jack has the knowledge of managing a large graphic department with high demands and expectations. Jack brings his expectations to VSP and continues to push further into product marketing and service goals.
Jack is also a world known author. Jack co-authored the first and second editions of Fisher-Price, 1931-1963, along with Bruce Fox. The publicated books were a comprehensive look at the colorful history and even more colorful toys produced by the world's largest manufacturer of preschool toys. The books had 200 color photos of the collectible toys made since 1931, along with more than 120 historical photos of Fisher-Price. Jack Murray was also the President of the ToyTown USA Foundation and Toy Town Museum of East Aurora, NY; Home of Fisher-Price. Jack is also an avid martial artist, with over five years of experience. He holds a Black Belt in Isshinryu Karate Jack currently lives in West Seneca, NY. |

Natalie has a strong appeal in commercial design and creates designs to entice any demographic customer. | Lindsey Rickettson, Graphic Center Manager, is an instrumental part of taking the graphic department's designs, and turning them into product. Lindsey runs the materials and production departments. VSP runs digital printing equipment that either thermally prints or prints with ECO-SOLVENT inks. The Gerber Edge 2 and 96” Roland ECO-SOLVENT printers run non-stop for 2 shifts, 5 days a week.
The vinyl cutter machines play a major role with the operation, and Lindsey oversees all die cut production and service. Most material handling is also laminated with cold roll and liquid laminators. Lindsey is a very dedicated person who never turns down employee or customer's requests; Lindsey is the front line to product knowledge and may be reached to offer information on warranty, product info and/or service questions. |

Nicole has a strong appeal in Emergency/Police Fleet and custom design and creates designs with a unique flair. | | Mike Nachtrieb, WNY/NY STATE Emergency Fleet Design Manager, is probably the most talented graphic fleet designer, specializing in Emergency Fleet Design, that VSP has ever had, working in this department. Mike has a strong work ethic and organizational background, and hangs his hat on follow through, with our most demanding clients. Mike's talent is far above any in that he has a strong background in fleet design and custom applications. Mike is available at any time, and has no problem with staying focused on intense projects. His ability to stay onto a project, well within the late nite hours proves to be his biggest asset, in achieving goals and deadlines. Trey, who is Trace George's oldest son, takes pride and adds passion to each project that he develops. Trey's responsibility is to maintain the strong commercial appeal that VSP emulates. Trey's department specialties include Logo Design and Commercial Sign Layout.

| Ron Winslow, Sr. Installation Supervisor, has over 20 years of graphic installation experience. Ron's installation crews have varied duties and responsibilities, including vehicle lettering and complete auto wraps. The headquarter crews install within the VSP Facility while other crews travel locally or nationally to on-site applications.
