- FIRST STEP: CHOOSE A DESIGN: The brochure shows the basic version of each design. You may choose a design and order it in its basic version or customize it, though customizing may result in additional charges. Simple changes of verbiage or color are made at no additional cost. Each graphics kit includes all lettering, striping and emblems shown in the brochure, as well as similar markings for rear and lettering for the hood/bug shield.
- CALL FOR A FIRM PRICE: Once you have settled on a design, call us to confirm pricing. Published prices will be accurate for designs and vehicles as we show them but they do not include set-up, proofing or customization charges.
- OBTAIN ELECTRONIC FILE: Accurate production drawings are required to insure proper sizing and fit of graphics. Please provide an electronic file of the apparatus in the following format:
Application: AutoCad release 10, 11, 12
File format: .dxf
Disk format: 3.5" floppy or Zip disk (100mb max), PC format
Email: stuffed files may be e-mailed to info@vspgraphics.com
File content: we need front, sides and rear views of entire truck. Location of doors, handles, lights and drip rails must be indicated. Accurate production drawings of your truck are required; general-purpose sales drawings will not work.
If you have no access to the AutoCad file, please call us to discuss your best available drawings. Depending on what's available, some additional set-up charges may apply.
- PROOFING & SET-UP CHARGE: We will produce a scaled, color drawing (proof) with each order. As we must undertake a number of steps before doing so, we will charge a Set-up/Proof Charge of $235 at this time and will require either payment or a purchase order. The proof will be mailed or e-mailed to you for your approval.
- PRODUCTION: After you approve the proof, please obtain another purchase order to cover the cost of producing the graphics. When the graphics are complete, we'll ship them to you or drop-ship to the manufacturer, as you prefer.
- TERMS, BILLING, ETC: Once the graphics have been shipped, we will invoice the order and expect payment in 30 days, regardless of the manufacturing schedule of the vehicle. Our prices do not include shipping; these will be added to the invoice. We accept valid purchase orders, VISA and MasterCard.
