Once an initial idea is begun between the customer and the project leader, VSP staffing comes together to create an immediate layout-concept, for the customer to ponder on. The philosophy of design is to create something that has “impulse” appeal; if a customer is hot on an idea, the first impression that VSP can make is very important! VSP takes in all the customer’s ideas, colors, demographics and visions, and adds spice and creativity.
- Immediate Concept Follow-Up
Customer Commitment Once an the concept is in the right direction and the customer is comfortable with the campaign, project or product, the VSP staff will immediately ask for the customer’s commitment, to the follow through. Most individuals come to VSP for a commitment of creative design and quality products. At this point in the relationship, VSP will ask the customer for a commitment to further the project. A graphic retainer surcharge or 60% deposit is required to move forward.

- Further Concept Updating
Once the commitment is made, the VSP Graphic Staff will expedite the design process for final approval, and project a date for the customer to expect finished service and/or product.
- Customer Approval and Sign off
All project proofs and layouts need a Customer Approval and Sign off before the service and/or product implementation can occur. Even though most designs are thoroughly combed over by both the designer and customer, some things may be overlooked. VSP strongly stresses to customers that when they sign off on design and layout, that they waive all responsibility, from VSP. It is hard to accept fault to any misprint or typo, but with this procedure, VSP gives the complete weight of responsibility, to the customer, to check over and sign off on the proposed service and/or product requirements. - Sign off Waiver is sent with final proof. Customer checks over proposal and Approves and Dates all Materials (Email, Fax or Mail).
- Immediate Scheduling for Product and/or Service
Once a final proof and waiver are approved, by the customer, VSP will immediately schedule the project and book a date for the service and/or product delivery.
